Happy Halloween!
For the longest time I wasn’t really into Halloween. I’m not big into scary movies and my costume
ideas are always great in April but crap in October. In the end all my thoughts of a great costume
are always undone by my procrastination.
We always seem to come up with something. Comfort is always chosen over complexity. This year we were Guy Feiri and crazy
cat lady. Our annual tradition of going
to my coworkers party was a lot of fun.
I got into the spirit of my costume by taking a big bite of all the
delicious food there.
I even decorated the outside of the house a little this
year. Putting the giant cobwebs in the bushes makes the yard look spooky although not as spooky as the actual giant spider I found when I was doing them. I'm not looking forward to taking them down. I may have to just kill it with fire.
We even got the dogs costumes this year. Libby is a bumblebee and Geno is the
Rufferee. Libby is okay with her costume, as long as the hood is not up, but Geno loves his shirt. He's been wearing it since the beginning of the month and it's now half shredded from their wrestling matches in the yard. I like it. It makes him look like a badass.

Even our souvenirs are getting decorated. |
